MISSIONS :

Assurer la production en respectant les impératifs quantitatifs / qualitatifs et les modes opératoires

Réaliser les contrôles nécessaires tout en respectant les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité, ainsi que la maintenance de 1er niveau

Savoirs

Connaissances de l’entreprise : Avoir une connaissance globale du process industriel de l’entreprise et de l’établissement. Connaitre la charte éthique du Groupe
Connaissances des produits et process de fabrication : Connaître les installations de l’unité et leurs paramètres de fonctionnement, connaître les consignes et les modes opératoires liés aux installations, connaître les consignes de sécurité des personnes, de sûreté des installations, de qualité et d’environnement appliquées au niveau de l’entreprise et de l’établissement, connaître les règles de sécurité spécifiques aux installations de l’unité
Connaissances techniques : avoir des connaissances dans les technologies utilisées par les équipements de production

Savoir être

Autonomie et capacité d’adaptation
Etre rigoureux dans l’application des modes opératoires et des consignes
Savoir travailler en équipe
Etre vigilant et attentif à tout ce qui paraît anormal sur les installations de l’unité
Etre sensible à la qualité des produits entrants et sortants
Avoir l’esprit d’analyse pour être capable de détecter les causes des anomalies
Etre force de proposition dans l’évolution des modes opératoires
Etre réactif et responsable pour rendre compte de l’état de fonctionnement des installations, en situation d’urgence
Faire preuve de ponctualité et d’assiduité
