Natixis Trad Ex Solutions (NTEX) is a credit institution and investment service provider. The Company specializes in third party order receipt and transmission and provides access to a custom-built securities lending program. NTEX delivers additional value-added services including services related to liquidity or the administrative processing of research agreements.

Job Description
Within the Fixed Income & Forex intermediation team, which includes 9 traders specializing in Fixed Income, Credit, Money Market, Forex and EM products, you will be mainly focused on the Credit Division. This includes IG and HY cash products as well as related derivatives, whether listed or OTC. Your business will be conducted in a state-of-the-art technology environment, with access to markets and trading platforms, as well as powerful pre- and post- trading tools.
- Actively participate in topics around technological developments for the FI desk and data;
- Ensure the execution of operations initiated by NTEX’s various clients and act as a pivot between the different teams concerned (customers, market counterparties, middle-office) in order to guarantee the search for the best price, compliance of operations and their successful completion;
- Guarantee a direct relationship with customers and principals (managers, insurers, etc.) taking into account their needs through various management strategies, while being responsible for proposing possible changes and running projects in collaboration with all the stakeholders involved;
- Contribute to the evolution of electronic trading tools on different products used with the objective of reducing operational risk and improving service;
- Participate in the active relationship and daily animation with the clients to feed them on market information;
- Challenge your activity also through the Transaction Cost Analysis and data made available.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us!
With a higher education in finance or financial mathematics, you have at least 10 years of experience in similar positions.
You are familiar with:
- Financial market activities (buy-side ideally) and particularly in Fixed Income trading;
- Cash products (Primary and Secondary) and associated derivatives (listed, OTC);
- Market mechanisms and tools (Bloomberg, Market Axess, Tradeweb, FXAll, etc.) and WHO Charles Rivers would be a real plus;
- Coding in VBA and Python.
You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:
- Rigorous and organized;
- Appreciated for strong customer orientation and your sense of teamwork.
You master English with a C1 level.
