Otis développe son activité et recherche un assistant commercial (H/F) pour intégrer une de nos entités située à Saint Etienne du Rouvray (76) ou à Camon (80).

Sous la responsabilité de votre Directeur d’agence ou Chef des ventes, vous prenez en charge la gestion et le développement un portefeuille clients divers / spécifique.

Au quotidien, vos missions sont les suivantes :

Relance de devis et suivi client
Suivi campagne des missions, devis…,
Gestion partielle d’un portefeuille,
Réalisation des offres (contrat travaux…)
Suivi des problématiques techniques pour garantir la satisfaction des clients.

Profil recherché

Une première expérience en gestion de portefeuille clients sera appréciée
Votre écoute client, votre sens de l’équipe et votre excellence opérationnelle feront la différence
Vous maîtrisez le pack office.
Vous avez une bonne expression orale et un bon relationnel.
Vous êtes passionné(e), autonome et force de proposition dans les missions à accomplir.
