The Position
The Technical Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic vision and development of our platform teams. This person will be responsible for shaping and executing product roadmaps that optimize the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our infrastructure while enhancing the developer experience across the organization.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Technical Product Manager will bridge the gap between engineering, business, and customer stakeholders. They will ensure that our platform aligns with the overall company strategy while delivering value to our internal and external customers.
This role demands a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. What you will do
-
Become the product bridge between the operational part of the organisation and the rest of product engineering
-
Co-create and define the Product Roadmap for the platform teams
-
Communicate platform product vision, strategy, and progress to leadership and stakeholders
-
Shaping the organisation, by using your influence, drive innovation and adoption of our services

Prioritise product outcomes and capabilities based on research and data analysis
-
Clarify technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
-
Work closely with engineers and architects to ensure products meet reliability, scalability, and security standards on complex technical topics

Foster a culture of continuous improvement
What you will need

Solid understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud computing (preferably AWS), and system architecture

Ability to act on risks, opportunities and impediments

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, infrastructure as code, and observability practices

Collaborative mindset, with experience in stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills

Proven experience in developing product strategies and roadmaps, that accelerate value-delivery

Experience around OKR setting and maintaining

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies to improve cross-team collaboration and product delivery

Proven ability to develop and manage complex software products with your team(s)

Creativity in problem-solving with a focus on delivering effective and innovative technical solutions
