About the Role:
As a Technical Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and supporting One Identity Manager solutions for our clients. You’ll be hands-on in developing solutions, troubleshooting, and optimising systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Customising and supporting One Identity Manager solutions to meet client needs.
Maintaining and troubleshooting customer environments
Using SQL and Power Shell for troubleshooting, system automation and optimisation.
Building and nurturing strong client relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience with One Identity Manager and a solid understanding of IAM concepts.
Hands-on experience with Visual Basic
Proficiency in scripting languages and databases.
Expertise in Directory Access protocols (Active Directory, LDAP).
Knowledge of customer support processes and services.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Fluent in both Finnish and English
A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving

C#, .NET, or Java/J2EE solutions.
One identity Manager Certifications
Experience with cloud platforms and Microsoft 365 integration.
