you have a genuine personal interest in working with sustainability in the field of investing and active ownership;
you have capacity and interest in broadening your role beyond sustainability work;
you have great communication and presentation skills, can effectively communicate and collaborate with senior management (incl. board) and are fluent in both Finnish and English; and
you have a relevant higher education degree (e.g M. Sc. in Economics or an LL.M degree).
