We are now looking for Specialist, Sustainability Services, TMS for our Global Pulp Business. The location of this position is Helsinki, Finland.

What you will do
This position holder will be responsible for providing world-class customer support related to sustainability services to our pulp customers globally. The ideal candidate will have track record of experience in providing sustainability services to customers under similar sales organizations. You will work with various initiatives:
- Collaborate with customers globally to foster strong relationships and to exceed their expectations related to Sustainability Services
- Analyze customer enquiries and data to identify trends, implementing changes to boost customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution rates
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure quality service delivery
- Continuously develop best practices in sustainability services
- Work together with our tools and processes teams to develop solutions to provide sustainability info towards our customers in an agile and accurate manner
- Collaborate with sustainability marketing activities with our global teams
Who you are
- You have solid knowledge and proven track record on sustainability services typically demanded by customers
- You have a relevant university or other relevant degree
- You have great communication, influencing and relationship-building skills in international environment
- You consistently achieve goals and excel in driving customer satisfaction through your results-oriented approach
- You have a strong analytical skills for data-driven improvements
- You have a proactive approach to problem-solving
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages (e.g. German) are seen as an advantage
- Experience in using Salesforce is a valuable asset
