We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join the Meta group focusing on expanding the Meta advertisement platform. Join our dynamic team at Meta Group, where we are working on the biggest Ads Platform in Smartly. As a Meta Group Developer, you will be responsible for developing the high-performance tool used by the biggest advertisers all over the world to automate ad campaigns. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize conversational ad campaigns across Meta's platforms, driving impactful results for our customers.
We are technology agnostic and always strive to choose the best tools for the job. On the backend, our favored stack is Node.js in combination with Type Script usually coupled with Postgre SQL and/or Rabbit MQ, Kafka. On the front-end side of things, React with Type Script is the flavor du jour.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will:

• Have end-2-end ownership on expanding Meta platform product for advertisers
• Design and build data-intensive microservices systems
• Work on integration with Meta commercial API and services from multiple Smartly teams
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and advertisers to understand campaign objectives, target audience demographics, and messaging requirements.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimise solution and user interactions for maximum effectiveness and ROI.
• Apply and enhance your soft skills through working closely with our customers and your peers
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, advertising, and digital marketing

What we are looking for:

• Experience in backend development using modern technologies. We use mostly Node JS and Typescript, but we are open to hear more about technologies used by you
• Contribute into UI development (React, Typescript) to ensure best user experience for our biggest customers and partners
• Experience in building robust, complex and distributed web applications
• Motivation for solving customers problems and delivering value to customers at a fast pace
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from our Helsinki office 3 days a week
