Sales Executive

At Dalux we strive to push the boundaries of how technology can ensure and increase efficiency and digitalization in work processes throughout the construction industry. In close cooperation with our users, our developers in Copenhagen continuously work on optimizing our unique BIM software. Our solutions support contractors, building owners and other professionals in the construction industry.
As business is booming, we are now looking to expand the team further with an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Executive. At our office in Helsinki, you will join a team of seven dedicated colleagues, working to identify and engage with Finnish customers.
Curious to know what a Sales Executive at Dalux actually does?
Our new colleague will play a crucial part in driving sales activities towards our Building Owner Segment, ensuring a continuous growth at the Finnish market. With a proactive and structured approach, you will help identify new sales opportunities within the Finnish Building Owner´s segment. Of course, always providing the highest level of service and customer care, that we are known to provide, leading to a long-lasting relationship with our customers.

Other areas of responsibilities include:
- Proactively reach out and engage potential clients
- Demonstrate and present Dalux software for existing and new customers
- Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with the customer
- Represent Dalux at sales activities, such as seminars, fairs, and conferences
- Manage contract negotiations and pricing
- Solid knowledge and experience within Building Owners market
- Experience with complex B2B Saa S sales
- Ability to build strong and long-lasting customer relations
- A great team player aiming for mutual success
- Fluent in both Finnish and English, oral as well as written.
