Program Manager - Tietoevry Tech Services (m/f/d)

When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a Program Manager :

Oversee the entire program lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
-
Manage project/deployment managers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
-
Monitor program and project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
-
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
-
Negotiate contracts with vendors and partners, ensuring optimal value and adherence to project requirements.
-
Develop and implement program and project management methodologies and best practices.
-
Mentor and coach junior project managers, fostering their professional growth.
-
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in program and project management.

Added advantage of you have an overarching understanding of Microsoft Dynamics – but not a requirement
Who we are looking for:
-
Typically Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, possibly also Post graduation with majors in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
Minimum of 6 years of experience in program and project management, with at least 2 years in a program leadership role.
-
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs and projects on time and within budget.
-
Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Added advantage if you are located in or close to Espoo, have previous working with industrial customer, and fluently speak Finnish.
