We are looking for a Payroll Administrator – 3 months temporary contract (20-25 hours weekly). This person will support the payroll department in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. This role involves handling payroll-related tasks, maintaining employee records, and providing excellent customer service to staff regarding payroll inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees.
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files.
Verify and enter payroll data, including hours worked, deductions, and benefits.
Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Assist with the preparation of payroll reports and summaries.
Support the payroll team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Role requirements:
Experience in administrative tasks in office environment, first experience in payroll would be beneficial.
Daily cooperation with other team members, Human Resources and Finance.
Developed communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, attention to details.
Fluent English and Finnish in speaking and writing.
