About the role

• As part of the Finnish branch of XAL Group, a leading global player in lighting, you develop and maintain relationships with clients, esp. architects, designers and lighting designers.
• You present and promote XALs innovative lighting solutions with a main focus on the brands Wever & Ducré and Wästberg
• You support existing customers and partners and actively acquiring new ones
• You negotiate deals, prepare offers, and follow through on client requests
• You prepare and participate customer events and trade fairs
• You work closely with different departments in the XAL headquarters in Graz/Austria

About you

• Design background (interior design, architecture, or experience working in a design shop)
• Ideally experience in a similar sales position
• Fluent in English and Finnish
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly self-motivated team player able to work independently
• Limited travel required
