We are a consumer research and analytics company looking for a solution-oriented Insight Consultant with a strong drive to work hands-on with data and coordinate client projects at our Helsinki office. Your role as our Insight Consultant

As our project manager, you will have a broad role where you will work coordinating project resources, have close client relationships and ensure high quality deliveries. You will get to know our clients closely and help them find answers to their business questions. You will juggle several projects at the same time together with colleagues from all Nepa’s areas of expertise within consumer science. While you will also get to apply and develop your analytical skills by analyzing & visualizing data and creating concrete recommendations to our clients, your focus will be in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries that answer our clients’ needs.

Your profile as our Insight Consultant

You are a team player who is structured and self-motivated with a creative approach to solving problems. You have a genuine interest in consumer insights and in solving our clients’ challenges. You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. You are able to see the big picture, while also keeping an eye on project details. You have excellent time management skills. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a genuine interest in working hands-on with data and is eager to develop within brand consulting.

A few more things

You are fluent in Finnish and English, both in writing and speech.
You have a degree within business, economics, engineering or equivalent experience from work.
You have worked in similar positions before and are confident in handling large clients and complex deliveries.
You have excellent skills in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
