Monipuoliset kiinteistönhoitotehtävät sisältävät mm. kiinteistön kunnossapito-, korjaus- ja huoltotehtäviä, sekä ulkoalueiden hoito- ja kunnossapitoa.
Työnhakijalta toivomme:

B-ajokortti, traktorin/pyöräkoneen käyttökokemusta

We are looking for new talents for Winter 2024-2025 from Finland and around the world
Are you our new Maintenance Worker?
Duties include:

Remove snow and ice from walkways and parking lots
Repair and replace damaged or broken items
Handle basic property maintenance tasks
Maintain outdoor areas
Driving in snow conditions (training is provided)

General requirements:

Can do -attitude & flexibility
Valid driving license (B)
English language skills
Previous experience from maintenance work
Capable of completing work tasks independently as well as working in a team
Ability to take responsibility and maintain the highest level of standards
Problem-solving skills and you are self-driven
Good communication skills
Ability to legally work in Finland
