KONE Finance professionals are responsible for corporate controlling and reporting, treasury, taxes, investor relations, as well as finance development and alliances and acquisitions. We support our business colleagues by driving a financially sound business direction and providing relevant intelligence for decision-making. We are now looking for an Executive Assistant, Finance to join our Finance Function team.
This position is an integral part of the KONE Finance team, and we are looking for a high-skilled professional to provide comprehensive administrate support to our Executive Vice President, Finance and other Global Finance Leadership team members, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of daily tasks.
Responsibilities and Key Activities:
High-level administrative support to the CFO in diverse areas, for example:
Calendar and travel management
Meeting and event planning and organization
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting yearly governance of various business processes
Collecting, storing, and sharing information
Requirements for the role:
Suitable educational background, e.g. bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
Several years of experience in Executive Assistant role or similar in international environment/companies
Ability to pro-actively prioritize and take ownership to get things done in a fast-paced international and multicultural environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with high attention to detail
Initiative attitude with ability to work both independently and as a trusted member of a team
Ethical, trustworthy way to work with high integrity
Willingness to connect and collaborate with various stakeholders both internally and externally
Flexible, positive, and inclusive mindset with can-do attitude
Full professional proficiency in English and Finnish (additional languages are an asset)
Excellent digital skills, especially MS Office
Availability to travel occasionally in connection with leadership team meetings or bigger events outside Finland
The position is located in Espoo, Finland and the preferred start would be in January-March 2025, depending on your availability.
