Job Summary The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for new and existing products, including sustaining projects, end-of-life updates, and component replacements. Working in a team of 8, you will act as a bridge between R&D and Production, ensuring smooth transition and support. You will support production by ensuring work instructions are up-to-date and operational. Train subcontractors and suppliers and work closely with Quality and Production Planning teams.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop manufacturing electrical test benches at subcontractor and in Revvity instrument manufacturing
Coordinate design transfer of electronics platforms in NPI and resourcing projects (material cost saving projects)
SME for global sourcing for electronics manufacturing
Responsible for developing electronics manufacturing at Revvity instrument manufacturing in Turku (creating specifications, being in contact with suppliers and creating test strategies for electronics)
Subject matter expert in embedded electronics and preferably in software engineering
Design small improvements and replacement of end-of-life PCBA components
Requirements
Experience as an Electrical Engineer or similar
Project working experience
Fluent Finnish & English language skills
