DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
We are looking for:
We are looking for a Document Controller for our customer in Tampere. This is a long-term opportunity where you’ll be able to grow and thrive in the world of industrial project documentation. Your background might be in technical writing, document control, or information management, and familiarity with systems like M-Files will be a great advantage.
Overseeing the flow of documents between the company, client, and vendors, ensuring everything aligns with contract schedules
Preparing documentation instructions based on client requirements and supporting both project and vendor teams
Providing training and support on document management systems
Keeping documentation delivery schedules on track and making sure project documents are ready for client and vendor handovers
Assisting with the archiving of project documents at the end of projects
Occasional office tasks, such as copying, printing, and translation orders
To succeed, you have:
A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience in document control within industrial or technical projects
Fluency in both Finnish and English (Swedish or other languages are a plus)
A strong eye for detail and the ability to follow project timelines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with tools like M-Files, and Salesforce is beneficial
Additional information:
Salary: 2900–3300€/month
Flexible working hours with no overtime
Part-time remote work with 2 days in the office / 3 days from home.
Occasional travel may be required
