CTC Lead Cold Rolling
Are you an expert in Cold Rolling with a passion for innovation and technology? We are seeking a CTC Lead for Cold Rolling to join our global team and lead the way in driving operational excellence. Our CTC Teams work across the globe, focusing on improving processes in operations. With seven CTC Teams dedicated to various process steps, we enhance efficiency by benchmarking and implementing best practices. As owners of the technology portfolio, we collaborate closely with R&D to explore new technologies and evaluate Capex projects. We also play a key role in problem-solving when challenges arise.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Technology Development – Initiate and steer advancements in Cold Rolling technologies.
- Cross-Functional Alignment – Ensure seamless collaboration and alignment across internal teams.
- Technology Investments – Evaluate, comment on, and approve proposed technology investments.
- Innovation & Optimization – Act as a source of fresh ideas and provide expert advice for process optimization.
- Strategic Advisor – Advise management and propose plans for continuous improvement.
- Leadership & Audits – Lead technology development initiatives and conduct technology audits at various sites.
- Coaching & Mentorship – Support and mentor colleagues across all organizational levels in your area of expertise.
What You’ll Bring:
- A Technical Master’s degree and 10+ Years of Experience – Proven track record in Cold Rolling process lines, preferably within stainless steel.
- Mentorship Ability – Passion for developing and mentoring colleagues.
- Communication Skills – Strong ability to influence and engage with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Business Acumen – Capability to prioritize and focus on critical business tasks.
- Industry Expertise – Respected professional with a well-developed network in the Cold Rolling field, both internally and externally.
This role can be based in any Outokumpu site with Cold Rolling mills. In this role, you will report to VP – CTC and Asset Optimization.
