Main Tasks:
- Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering.
- Strong experience in Civil supervision.
- Fluency in Finnish and English both oral and written.
- Proficiency in the use of MS office and other needed software.
- Strong leadership skills, sense of initiative, problem solver.
- Willing to work in a challenging environment, with time pressure.
- Result driven and responsible.
- Organized / able to make clear judgment and efficient decision making

Main Tasks:
- Management of civil site section
- Planning and managing all site work in his/her own field.
- Following the contractor’s performance.
- Time schedule follow up and corrective actions if needed.
- Overall installation responsibility.
- Budget follow up, planning.
- Resolving of safety issues in own area.
- Forecasting the coming works, requirements
- Preparing the needed resources, materials.
- Resolving the issues found during the construction
