Electrical or Automation Lead Engineer

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain project execution plan
- Support project manager with project scheduling
- Lead and guide design engineers
- Interaction with customer and other parties of the project
- The tasks may include both office work, remote work and regular site visits
- Appropriate electrical or automation education (M.Sc. or B.Sc.)
- Good cooperation and communication skills
- Ability to guide and lead other resources
- Experience and knowledge of powerplants, electrical substations or other similar industrial facilities
- Basic knowledge of electrification or automation
- Fluent spoken and written Finnish or Swedish, and English (other language skills are considered as an advantage)
