We are excited to expand our finance team to support our continued international growth and operations. We are looking to hire two dynamic and detail-oriented professionals: an Accounts Receivable Accountant and an Accounts Payable Accountant. Both permanent positions will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring efficient management of our accounts receivable and payable processes, supporting the month-end closing procedures, and managing the accounting for our foreign subsidiaries. As a key member of our finance team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across different departments and regions to help drive the company's financial objectives. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment, utilize state-of-the-art tools like Net Suite, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial operations. These positions will be based in Helsinki (Pitäjänmäki) and/or in Oulu. Common Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the respective financial processes (Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable).
Ensure timely, accurate invoicing (AR) or invoice processing (AP).
Reconcile relevant ledgers, ensuring all transactions are accounted for correctly.
Prepare regular reports such as aging analysis, cash flow forecasts, and support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales for AR, treasury for AP) to optimize processes.
Handle queries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate customer (AR) or vendor (AP) accounts.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Manage accounting for foreign subsidiaries.
Differences:
Accounts Receivable (AR) focuses on managing customer accounts, maintaining sales pricing in Net Suite, and improving collection processes.
Accounts Payable (AP) involves managing vendor relationships, processing payments via Net Suite/Rillion, and handling travel and expense claims.
Common Qualifications:
Vocational upper secondary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in the respective role (AR or AP).
Proficiency with Net Suite, with AP requiring additional experience in Rillion.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
