Looking for an opportunity to gain practical experience in the wind industry while still studying? Nordex Nordic is looking for a working student to join our Account Management team to support our operations in the Nordic region. As a working student, you will assist our Account Managers with various commercial tasks such as quotation and order administration, invoicing preparation, handling customer inquiries, and other administrative duties.

This is a flexible position that can be adapted to your studies, with an average of 20 working hours per week and paid by the hours performed. You will also have the opportunity to fill in for colleagues during vacation periods. The position is open to current degree students and requires a commitment of at least one year.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating quotations for exchanges/repairs and spare parts
Supporting Account Management team with commercial topics
Managing order administration, including creating and following up on orders
Preparing and supporting invoicing
Handling customer inquiries and requests
Communicating and cooperating with internal functions and customers

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or administrative tasks, good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel. You should also possess good organizational skills, and strong communication skills. Required language skills are English, and preferable language skills are Finnish and/or Swedish.

We have a hybrid working model, and the chosen candidate can be based in our Helsinki or Pori office. The candidate is expected to work at the office at least once a week when working 20 hours per week.
