Job title: Treasury Specialist

About the job
Managing Treasury activities in line with the company direction and strategy to secure availability of funds to meet company needs, to finance working capital requirements and new investments while ensuring better cash-flow management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Evaluate the foreign currency risk at Sanofi Egypt level through;
- Preparing monthly FX Reports
- Monitor closely the company’s FX net exposure.

Support in improving cash flow management to meet our needs, to finance working capital requirements and new investments through
-
Following up with many departments (SC, IA, T&R, regulatory, Procurement, Tax, P2P, Corporate Treasury) on a regular basis (weekly/Monthly) to ensure better alignment and enhancing the working capital.
- Responsible for the CCC reporting monthly and quarterly (DPO, DSO, DIO, CCC).

Daily cash management & other operations
- Prepare the daily position and arrange for transfers allocation between banks to optimize the company debt.
- Responsible on E-Finance and government payments
- Coordination of collections and bounced checks with treasury manager.
- Responsible of Concur & Cash advance payments.

Daily trade Management;
- Handle issuance and payments of 3rd Parties IDCs.
- Coordinate with the collection company to Retrieve Cancelled LGs.
- Preparing Banks Relationship annual report.
- Assign for the group project for critical payments and Payroll BCP - 'TCM - Treasury Bank Connectivity.
- Evaluate, Analysis and Review of the monthly charges & interest deducted on the company.
- Preparing monthly Treasury Dashboard.
- Preparation of monthly economic updates presentation for Treasury Manager & CFO.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Responsible for applying the HSE related requirements for the company in all related working procedures.

- Engage the HSE department in the related activities (where applicable) and be sure that the work performed follows the local HSE regulations, Corporate HSE Policy and key requirements.

- Promptly report to your superior any dangerous conditions of which you become aware
Job Holder Requirement ;
Education:
- Bachelor of Commerce – major accounting, finance or business.
Related Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in similar position
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Fluent of English language.
- Excellent user of Excel, Word, Power Point & Microsoft Off. Outlook
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Ability to influence others.
