Who are we looking for?

What will you be doing?

• To provide routine onsite technical service to our customers
• To solve product application problem for our customers
• To monitor our customers production line performance
• To provide technical support on new line set up and new process operation manual for our customers
• To provide product training for our customers
• To provide sample building support for new opportunities according to business requirement
• To monitor our chemicals consumption for GRC margin improvement
• To provide necessary logistic support for business requirement
• To collect the relevant information of customers, industry, competition
• To finish any other tasked assigned by the supervisor for business requirement

Who are You?

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. Or Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

What competencies will you need?

• Good communication skills and good interpersonal skill.
