Email System Management:
o Configure, manage, and maintain email servers and associated systems (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Google Workspace). o Monitor email system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable and secure communication. o Implement and manage email security measures, including spam filters, encryption, and anti-phishing protections. o Administer user accounts, permissions, and distribution lists. o Provide technical support for email-related issues and user inquiries. o Manage email archiving and retention policies to comply with organizational and regulatory requirements. Backup and Recovery: o Develop, implement, and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans for critical data and systems. o Perform regular backups and ensure backup integrity through periodic testing and verification. o Manage backup software and hardware, including configuring backup schedules and storage solutions. o Monitor backup processes and address any failures or issues promptly. o Restore data and systems as needed in response to data loss or system failures.
Network Administration:
Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and Virtual Private Network (VPNs). Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring connectivity and security. Configure and maintain network services, such as Domain Name System (DNS) , Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), and Virtual Private Network (VPN).
Security Management:
Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organization’s data and systems.
Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Document and track issues and resolutions in a help desk system

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux, mac OS) and server management.
Familiarity with network protocols, VPNs, firewalls, and security best practices.

Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Power Shell, Bash) is a plus.
