Strategic Vendor Support (SVS) is a set of exclusive services aimed at building mutually beneficial growth through the delivery of targeted strategic improvements on the business inputs.
SVS is the supporting link between Amazon and its vendors. Key responsibilities include managing the end to end process of placing the POs, forecasting and assessing stock requirements and enhancing Catalog quality to ensure vendors have a smooth experience when working with Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
Responsible for the end to end process of placing the POs, forecasting and assessing stock requirements, sharing POs with vendors and Fulfillment Centre Supply Chain teams to manage the delivery dates
Ensure the POs meet the required approvals according to the company financial approval matrix
Follow up with Procurement and vendors to confirm on the submitted PO quantities, and ensure orders delivery at the assigned date & time
Enhance catalog quality and ensure new selection complies with Amazon's guidelines
Monitor vendor performance such as stock/ inventory health, sales performance and fill rates
About the team
Softlines team handles all direct domestic SL vendors in Amazon Egypt.
We aim to avail international brands to Egyptian customers at the right value.
