Job Description
Resolve HR tickets from employees, managers, and P&C team to answer all tier 1 HR questions and Workday inquiries.
Research and resolve new scenarios, independently seeking out solutions and engaging with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve new scenarios.
Troubleshoot Workday tasks, produce required documents, and support employees in all general HR inquiries.
Act as an HRIS/Workday SME
Lead the work of more junior team members (Associates/Specialists)
Own enhancement projects and process improvements from conception to completion
Utilize data to analyze trends, compile reports, and recommend solutions.
Liaise with other internal stakeholders to formulate solutions and build efficiencies.
Qualifications
Attention to detailed, process-oriented, organized, good communication skills
5+ years of experience in a human resources operations role, customer-facing
Experience using any HRIS systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc)
