Conduct efficient site investigation and detailed technical analysis of earth material and risk assessment of geological hazards. Ensure geological factors affecting engineering works are identified and provided for. Review plans that conform to specific ordinances dealing with the earth and soil stability. Obtain Permit to work from authorities for all drilling and field works. Undergo Exams/ Interviews to get the approval of Authorities including 3rd party HSE training i.e., WMS, H2S, TBOSIET, etc. Obtain NOCs from Authorities for field drilling works. Review and provide detailed information to management about the project requirements during the Technical/Financial Proposals. Assist in company registrations with clients and authorities. Preparation of Method Statements, Task Risk Assessments, and Logistics. Conduct Mobilization Plan and HSE / QA Plans. Prepare Progress Reports and present them in Weekly Project Meetings. Provide training to Drillers & prepare documentation records for External Quality & HSE Audits by Authorities & Clients. Perform procurement of the new Equipment / Devices for the department.
