Showcase your expertise in Italian cuisine, including regional dishes, traditional techniques, and modern interpretations of classic Italian recipes.
Lead the Italian specialty kitchen in the preparation and presentation of authentic Italian dishes, ensuring the highest standards of quality, flavor, and presentation.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to develop seasonal Italian menus that showcase the best of Italian ingredients, flavors, and culinary traditions.
Mentor and train kitchen staff in Italian cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and plating presentations to uphold the authenticity and creativity of the resort’s Italian offerings.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, cost management, and quality assurance, to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, or any related Culinary degree.
Minimum of 2 years of industry and culinary management experience.
Previous experience with controlling food and labor cost, demonstration cooking, menu development, pricing, and training of culinary team members.
Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
Passion for leadership and teamwork
Excellent guest service skills
Italian food preparation experience
