Job Description We are seeking a driven appointment setter to expand our reach and secure opportunities for collaboration and growth. Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation; Utilize Cold Calling, Cold Emailing and Messaging to identify and engage potential vendor/ Clients s in our target industries - Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and set appointments for Sales Account Managers with prospective vendors. Achievement is against a monthly set target. - Client Relationship Management: Maintain a database of Vendors/ Clients interactions and follow-ups on potential leads to facilitate the sales process. - Value Communication: effectively communicating the value proposition of our services to potential vendors and clients, articulating how we can meet their needs. - Market Research: Effectively search the market for potential vendors qualifying their business in terms of service/ product types, quality provided and their locations. - Performance Reporting: Track and report on Appointment Setting activities and outcomes both daily and monthly to enhance target achievements. Qualifications - English Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders - Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, with a proven track record of successful lead generation, cold calling and appointment setting - Resilience: Exhibits a strong capacity to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude. - Target Driven: Motivated by goals and results, consistently striving to meet and exceed set targets for calls and appointments. - Organizational Skills: effectively manages call schedules, follow-up on leads and keep updated records of interactions and outcomes on the CRM tool. Ability to work remotely from Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 am to 6:00 according to the UAE time zone. Job Type: Full-time
