Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth quality reviews of processes, documentation, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
Analyse data and trends to detect quality-related issues and areas of opportunity.
Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives across various departments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is prioritized across all projects and workflows.
Develop and maintain quality management documentation, including reports, procedures, and guidelines.
Conduct training and workshops to promote the culture of quality awareness across the company
Stay up to date with the latest quality management methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Lean.
Provide comprehensive reports on quality assurance activities and results to the management team.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or related roles.
A strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and develop data-driven solutions.
Experience conducting daily audits and working on customer satisfaction analysis.
Familiarity with quality management methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean is a plus.
