Job Purpose: To monitor and oversee the implementation of all systems related to product quality and consumer safety.
Job Responsibilities Safety
Adhering to the company’s safety guidelines and environmental policies.
Being knowledgeable about first aid rules and the use of the first aid kit, meaning the ability to assist under supervision.
Firefighting and prevention to become an active member of the factory’s fire prevention team.
Participating in the inspection of errors, accidents, first aid, etc.
Reporting any incidents that cause minor or major injuries or have the potential to cause injury.
Paying attention to personal safety by wearing personal protective equipment when necessary and ensuring it is appropriate for the tasks being performed.
Participating in risk assessment.
Continuously inspecting unsafe actions or behaviors and how to correct them.
Quality
Train all factory staff on the implementation of all total quality requirements.
Monitor chemical, physical, and microbiological hazards.
Create a schedule to follow up on GMP requirements and all systems related to total quality.
Conduct periodic inspections of all factory areas to ensure the implementation of total quality systems.
Prepare a report on the inspection results for each area to identify weaknesses.
Develop solutions and assign responsibilities for each weak point to reach the desired level.
Follow up on the implementation of the plan set by each area to address the issues present.
Train staff on inspecting health and cleanliness conditions through a checklist.
Follow up on the calibration of equipment and devices in the factory to ensure quality.
Identify defects caused by the machine.
Ensure the ease of the production process on the production line by maintaining quality standards.
Job Qualifications & Requirements: Experience and Education:
Diploma in Chemical Institute.
0 to 2 years of experience in the same field.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work as an active team member.
Ability to prioritize tasks and good organizational skills
Knowledge of machine parts.
Understanding of product packaging and manufacturing processes.
Basic background in chemicals.
Knowledge of quality systems.
Familiarity with safety systems.
