Project Manager
Job Description
Responsible for managing the technical and business delivery of Lo B projects and to act as a Project Sponsor on common projects, leading all Project Managers. Key KPIs include:
- Accumulative subordinates PM’s KPI’s
- Customer satisfaction & delivery against project specs
- Manage a number of projects and take the responsibility for a portfolio of customer projects
- Responsible for the planning, execution and successful completion of a number of customer projects
- Prepare Program plans, and review them with the Program Manager from the client’s side.
- Monitor the progress of program, ensuring that all program milestones are achieved.
- Follow-up the final acceptance for the whole program.
- Monitor the program invoicing and notify the Finance of all the necessary interim invoices to be issued to the client.
- Prepare and submit periodical activity reports to the relevant manager.
- Prepare and submit periodical progress reports to customer, as needed.
- Evaluate the performance of the assigned Project Managers and prepare and submit performance evaluation reports to the relevant managers.
- Provide guidance/ instruction to subordinate PM's during the program life cycle
- Conduct discussion sessions to subordinates to study lessons learned and optimize resources utilization.

Technical Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or another PM certification is a must.
- MBA is a plus
- Pg MP is a plus
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & MS Project.

Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering with a specialization in Communications, Computers, or C
