Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day management, supervision, professional guidance, and support to the project assigned.

Supervise field staff and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure program quality and consistency.

Manage relationships with external partners, such as schools, community organizations, and funding agencies, to ensure smooth collaboration.

Prepare comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders, donors, and partners, showcasing project impact and achievements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community representatives.

Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and community engagement activities.

Manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively and expenditures are within approved limits.

Requirements:
