Project Lead
San3a Tech is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Project Lead to join our innovative team. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for developing strategic project plans, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that programs are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day management, supervision, professional guidance, and support to the project assigned.

Develop and refine project plans, goals, and objectives in alignment with the organization's mission and strategic vision.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, define scope, and develop realistic timelines and budgets.

Create detailed project documentation, including project charters, work breakdown structures, and risk management plans.

Lead the end-to-end execution of STEM education programs and capacity-building projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including curriculum developers, trainers, and community partners, to ensure successful program delivery.

Supervise field staff and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure program quality and consistency.

Manage relationships with external partners, such as schools, community organizations, and funding agencies, to ensure smooth collaboration.

Prepare comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders, donors, and partners, showcasing project impact and achievements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community representatives.

Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and community engagement activities.

Manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively and expenditures are within approved limits.

Track and report on financial status, providing regular updates to management and funders.

Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and systems.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in service delivery.

Provide support and guidance in program development.

Assist in establishing, designing, and rolling out community-led, innovative, and effective new programs.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Proven experience in project management or coordination.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop strategic project plans aligned with organizational objectives.

Experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in creating project documentation.

Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).

Hands-on experience leading projects, especially in STEM education or capacity-building.

Ability to monitor milestones and manage timelines and budgets.

Experience coordinating with diverse teams (curriculum developers, trainers).

Strong collaboration and organizational skills.

Strong mentoring and coaching abilities.
