Remote Administrative Support: o Manage the CEO’s virtual calendar, schedule online meetings, and coordinate virtual engagements. o Monitor and respond to emails and manage correspondence for the CEO. o Prepare digital documents, reports, and presentations using cloud-based tools (Microsoft 365). o Organize virtual meetings, take notes, and follow up on action points. 2. Remote Business Support: o Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders via virtual platforms. o Assist with online project management, ensuring the CEO stays updated on key business activities. o Coordinate the CEO’s participation in online events, webinars, and video conferences. o Manage task lists, deadlines, and milestones through company internal management software. 3. Personal Support (Remote): o Handle personal and professional tasks remotely, such as scheduling appointments, making online reservations, and handling digital purchases. 4. Document and Information Management: o Maintain an organized digital filing system for business and personal documents using cloud storage (e.g., One Drive, Google Drive). o Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. 5. Remote Office Management: o Oversee digital office organization, ensuring smooth virtual operations. o Handle online orders for office supplies or any other business-related materials.
