Is responsible for supporting the smooth functioning of operations by managing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, coordinating logistics, and organizing files across departments. Key Responsibilities : - Prepare, review, and process purchase orders in coordination with the procurement team. - Follow up with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and payment terms. - Assist in maintaining and organizing operational documents, including production files, order records, and shipment details. - Ensure all production-related documents are up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. - Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
