Job Description:
-
Handle all accounting transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Compute all types of taxes.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual closures.
- Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Handle financial transactions and documents.
- Prepare necessary documents for tax inspections.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Preparing financial forms, documents, and reports.
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial statements.
- Performing other duties as required.
Job Requirements:

BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree.
- At least two years of accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles, standards and practices.
- Working knowledge of relevant state, federal, and local regulations.

Proficiency in MS Office and popular accounting software.
- SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Additional certification (CPA or CMA or MBA) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills.
