· Design, implement, and optimize Odoo-ERP solutions for demand planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and process requirements
· Conduct business requirements gathering and GAP/ROI analysis to identify areas for improvement in client demand planning processes
· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
· Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective demand planning strategies, including data analysis, forecasting, inventory management, CRM, Manufacturing, and all relevant modules.
· Configure and customize Odoo-ERP modules to meet client specific needs, including data integration, data visualization, and reporting
· Provide training and support to client stakeholders on Odoo-ERP modules and best practices
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo-ERP modules
· Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo-ERP product releases, features, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to client projects
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
· At least 5 years of experience in Odoo-ERP implementation and consulting
· In-depth Strong knowledge of Odoo-ERP modules
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
· Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders
· Odoo certified applicants will be higly appreciated
