The Factory TPM Manager is accountable for all TPM initiatives within own Factory in the Market.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Define, communicate, and implement Nestle Continuous Excellence rollout plans for the Factory.
Responsible for Continuous Improvement methodology, training, coaching, and assessing.
Ensure the integration of manufacturing excellence initiatives and pillars.
Manage the Manufacturing Excellence Organization and allocation of roles and responsibilities for all industrial performance / industrial engineering, focused improvement, and goal alignment activities in the factory.
Monitor the execution of the Nestle Continuous Excellence/ Total Productive Maintenance roll out plan in own factory.
Guide the factory floor data standardization, collection, utilization, and management to drive continuous improvement.
Act as a Change Agent, promoting the vision and the path to Manufacturing Excellence.
Establish an adequate structure and resources allocation to support effective roll out of TPM Initiatives
Assist Factory in the Market in the establishment of the right organization (people and structure) to support roll out of TPM Initiatives according to the NCE Operating Framework and TPM Reference Guide.
Oversees the selection and allocation of resources to TPM initiatives in the Factory. Support in selecting the right resources (identifying the right candidates and right consultancy) if necessary.
Drive and mobilize resources and ensure communication across all levels.
Provide overall support, assistance, and directions to Management Committee members in the Market on TPM Initiatives.
Monitor and coordinate execution and roll out plan of TPM Initiatives within own Factory in the Market
Monitor and coordinate the overall establishment of TPM Pillars in the Factory according to the roll out plan.
Coordinate efforts and oversee the deployment of TPM Initiatives within own Factory.
Monitor execution of TPM Initiatives and roll out plan in own Factory. Ensure the right organization structure according to the implementation strategy.
Report to relevant stakeholders within own Factory about the progress and status of TPM Initiatives.
Escalate issues to Factory Manager in the Market and Market TPM Manager.
Participates to the Market TPM Steering Committee.
What will make you successful…
Head of a department / unit at Market or Corporate level.
Experience in leading large teams with success.
Participated in a major change initiative, ideally without direct supervision, in a complex environment. Contributed strategically and practically to the design and execution of the initiative.
Cross-functional and multi-cultural experience.
Experience of working with Senior Management.
Experience of living and working in different countries (desirable).
Factory experience (3 years and above).
Strong practical experience with TPM implementation (3 years and above).
