Duties and responsibilities
Acting on global/individual incidents according to agreed SLA within working hours and during on-call.
Working on IT systems architecture, service transition, service enhancement, service quality, performance tuning and services life cycles.
Being responsible for applications health and maintainability.
Vendor management (open operation and support cases)

BSc of engineering or computer science
Experience:
From 0-2 Years of experience in Operations
Skills and abilities:
Java
XML
Linux basics
Oracle SQL.
Ability to Multitask
Basic knowledge of Mobile telecom standards and architecture.
