Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements in English, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with relevant corporate laws and regulations.
- Provide expert legal advice on a range of corporate matters, including compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.
- Work closely with internal teams, including finance, HR, and operations, to address legal issues and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and intellectual property rights.
- Prepare and manage legal documents, reports, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Offer legal training and support to other departments as needed to ensure awareness of legal requirements and best practices.
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree required. Master's degree in law (LL.M.) preferred.
- Licensed by the Bar Association, with at least a primary-level license.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate law, with a demonstrated ability in drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Proven expertise in contract law, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in legal work.
