Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, routers, and other physical hardware.
Provides support for WAN and LAN network connectivity or related network issues for the user community.
Configure network devices as directed.
Troubleshoot the network services (printing, email service, internet access, file sharing).
Analyzes network activity and network problems to discover and prevent systematic errors.
Apply and implement visualization Technologies on different platforms and applications visualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
Backup and restore users' files.
Install, manage, and configure server backup solutions.
Handles Exchange, office 365 Mailboxes, and Archives.
Run scripts and programs that automate repetitive tasks and data transfer on IT-related systems/Tools.
Ensure timely solution of all first-level problems with minimum supervision.
Working with employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution.
Assist with the installation of new hardware and software.
Test new products, run regular maintenance checks, and keep up to date with information security issues.
Train employees across multiple departments on network operations including log-in procedures, network management software, permissions, printing issues, security, and use of software.
Assist in IT technical support for local and remote users.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field 2+ years in IT field
