Top Sights During Your Role Stay (Key Expectations):
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements; answer customer questions; create plans to address clients’ business needs
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand database of prospects - Team with sales executives to build pipeline and close deals
Perform effective online demos to prospects; explain product features
Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
Advise clients on creating profitable processes
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, finance, senior management) to address customers’ needs
Lost agents monthly report to be sent by pre settled deadline to Country Manager
Do you have what it takes (Must Haves)
Proven inside sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing and receiving dozens of calls per day
Ability to work under stress, while at the same time exhibit a high degree of productivity
Experience working with CRM system
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
College degree or equivalent
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
Complete fluency in English and Arabic.
