Top Sights During Your Role Stay (Key Expectations):
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements; answer customer questions; create plans to address clients’ business needs
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects - Team with sales executives to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects; explain product features
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, finance, senior management) to address customers’ needs
  • Lost agents monthly report to be sent by pre settled deadline to Country Manager

Do you have what it takes (Must Haves)
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing and receiving dozens of calls per day
  • Ability to work under stress, while at the same time exhibit a high degree of productivity
  • Experience working with CRM system
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • College degree or equivalent
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
  • Complete fluency in English and Arabic.
