Top Sights During Your Role Stay (Key Expectations):
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements; answer customer questions; create plans to address clients’ business needs
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand database of prospects - Team with sales executives to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects; explain product features
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, finance, senior management) to address customers’ needs
- Lost agents monthly report to be sent by pre settled deadline to Country Manager
Do you have what it takes (Must Haves)
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing and receiving dozens of calls per day
- Ability to work under stress, while at the same time exhibit a high degree of productivity
- Experience working with CRM system
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- College degree or equivalent
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
- Complete fluency in English and Arabic.
