Job description: As a Personal Assistant with HR, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO while also assisting with human resources functions. You responsibilities includes: Personal Assistant Duties : · Manage the CEO’s Calendar, schedule meetings and appointments. · Prepare and organize documents, presentations and reports. · Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations and itineraries. · Screen and prioritizing incoming calls and emails. · Provide general administrative support as needed. HR Duties: · Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes. · Coordinate employee benefits administrations. · Assist with HR analytics and reporting. · Handle employee inquiries and concerns. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related fields. · Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in Human Resources role. · Strong organizational and time management skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Availability to travel at any time. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). · Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. · Discretion and confidentiality are essentials.
