HR and Recruitment Specialist
HR & Recruitment Specialist - EGP 9,000 - EGP 12,000 - Cairo / Remote.
The Infinity Group is a contracting service provider for the construction industry based in London. We provide subcontractors’ payroll, removing the risk of IR35 and employment law-related issues.
Our service handles invoicing, receiving payments from construction companies or agencies, processing their payments, and deductions of CIS tax and Umbrella Service.
The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment & HR Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of recruitment, HR processes, and subcontractors registration.

Pay: E£9,000.00 - E£12,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen and interview candidates, assessing their qualifications and suitability for open positions.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Manage the onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files, timekeeping, and payroll.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Register new subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain subcontractor records and contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience with talent acquisition strategies, performance management, and employee development programs is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: E£9,000.00 - E£12,000.00 per month
