We are seeking a multilingual Guest Relations Agent fluent in Russian or Italian to join our dynamic team at Renaissance golden view resort in Sharm El-Sheikh "Marriott International". The ideal candidate will be the face of our hospitality, ensuring that all guests experience the highest level of service and satisfaction during their stay. Responsibilities:
Prepare for daily arrivals, including room allocation, amenities, and handling special requests.
Maintain a Quality Audit and service excellence.
Keep folders ready for arrivals, ensuring a smooth and personalized check-in process.
Provide friendly, courteous service to all guests, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
Resolve guest complaints efficiently, liaising with relevant departments for immediate follow-up.
Achieve high Guest Satisfaction scores, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service.
Handle room key card issuance and maintain effective control for guest security.
Update guest information accurately into the hotel management system.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Russian or Italian, both verbal and written.
Junior / Previous experience in customer service or guest relations.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
