Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Guest Relation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Guest Relation Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay at our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and activities
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience
Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns or suggestions
Plan and organize special events and activities for guests
Ensure all guest requests and inquiries are responded to promptly and accurately
Monitor guest satisfaction and take necessary steps to improve service quality
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Knowledge of other languages is an asset
Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office applications
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
