German Call Center Agent (C1)- REMOTE

Since July 2012, Leo has been a trusted partner of Vodafone, owning and operating 31 Vodafone express stores across Egypt. The company is involved in Import & Export and offers Outsourcing Recruitment services.
Role Description
This is a full-time REMOTE role for a German Call Center Agent (C1) at Leo Trading Agency. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for providing customer support, handling communication with clients, managing customer service inquiries, and working in contact centers.

Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (C1 level)
- Ability to empathize and resolve customer issues effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
