Financial Accountant
(Odoo Implementation Specialist)
Location : Obour city, Egypt
Magico Group, a leading company specializing in the field of chemicals and agrochemicals, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Accountant to spearhead the implementation of the Odoo system within our organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring a seamless transition to Odoo and providing ongoing support to our team of accountants to maximize the system's efficiency.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead the implementation of the Odoo system within the financial department of Magico Group.
- Work closely with the team of accountants to ensure a smooth transition to Odoo.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the implementation process.
- Collaborate with the IT department to customize Odoo modules to meet the specific needs of the financial department.
- Conduct regular assessments to optimize the performance of the Odoo system.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and utilizing Odoo or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and support team members in adopting new technologies.
