Job Title: Executive Officer (EXO) Support Specialist
Location: Cairo, Egypt

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Executive Office to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Streamline administrative processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity within the Executive Office.
Conduct position classifications and maintain accurate records of position descriptions and organizational charts.
Provide IT support and troubleshooting for Executive Office staff, including computer hardware and software assistance.
Coordinate housing services for American staff, including lease agreements, maintenance, and relocation assistance.
Oversee small-scale procurement activities, ensuring compliance with USAID regulations and guidelines.
Serve as a liaison between the Executive Office and other departments within the mission, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information related to mission operations.
Experience:
Prior experience in similar roles within USAID mission office.
Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices.
Experience in developing SOPs and streamlining processes to improve organizational efficiency.
Understanding of USAID regulations and guidelines related to procurement and administrative functions.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, human resources, or public administration.

Security Clearance Requirements
Must be eligible to obtain Facility Access Clearance. Secret clearance preferred.
